For the quality control: A. we need to evaluate the sample, because when we make the proto sample, we should consider it S ok for our bulk production or not, both the fabric and trims, we should present a sample that can be made in the bulk. B. fabric and trims we should purchase is according to buyers requirement, then send for approval & confirmation before bulk production. C. we should have a good PP meeting, let every related person to understand buyers quality standard, then w should be careful every points during the production. D. we should take in-line inspection (100%) because most of our products ca not be repaired after washing, then we do not let the defect flow to next step. E. when the goods was packed, we have a internal final inspection by random before buyers final audit. Our policies: A. serve better and send good things to our buyers. B. we can delivery fast, our production leadtime is 50days after your order confirmation, but sometimes when the sample approval can hit, so the delivery will be short late. C. our payment is L/c30days, fobhk. D. sample charges:1. We can do free sample charge if you have order. But the freight charges will bear by you. 2. If you have no order, we may have the same charge as bluk, Remarks: Sample is free except the salesman sample, because the quantity is something bigger (over 15pcs).
